After graduating from the Academy of Natural Therapy in Greeley, CO in 2016, I got started on my massage therapy career at a clinic in Ft. Collins, CO. In August 2022, I moved to Vermont to experience a new area and to enjoy a change of scenery from Colorado. I appreciate working with a variety of people and helping them feel/move better. My favorite massages are those that are very focused, with detailed attention to specific areas that encourage the use of Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point work, Myofascial Release and Sports massage techniques.

After a few years of experience in therapeutic massage, I trained in Craniosacral Therapy. This therapy allows me to work with clients using a very light touch. While this is generally not as intense as therapeutic massage can be, it is every bit as effective. This therapy is a wonderful change of pace for both myself and clients!
